Cheeks
Original Artist.
Born 1972, grew up in a town in Yorkshire, UK once known for it’s prosperous textile industry. Cheeks studied at Leeds Art University, depicting that ‘bunnies are idiots’, as shown below.
Cheeks went to New York with band mates, and loved the art, comedy and sounds of the city, spending time at The Roxy. Engaging with street corner traders, purchasing beloved roller boots, creating lyrics including that of the Howlin’ Badger and illustrated multiple characters.
Cheeks lived with, illustrated and died as a result of DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) displaying of alters intensified and Cheeks life was taken by suicide in 2022.
2025 the talent of Cheeks was resurrected through DWY!
